The Best Nashville Bar Downtown

If you’re looking for where to get the best cocktails in Downtown Nashville…

Imagine this…
You enter through a doorway, easily missed if you don’t know where to look, and when you enter you are immediately met with an elegance that has been lost in much of Downtown Nashville where there are honky tonks and corny tourist spots galore.

Located inside the historic Cummins Station in downtown Nashville (an old train station for merchants), this bar is a BEAUTIFUL space with a 1920’s speakeasy vibe to it! Not only do they have excellent cocktails, but their chef is cooking up some delicious delicacies too. If you like luxury and a reason to get dressed up, you’re going to want to plan to visit here.

The best kept secret of this place: They have a stellar sunset view!

There aren’t many Nashville bars downtown that I would make a point to go to, but this one is a MUST!

What to order:

As far as food goes, I am a huge fan of the burger and tater tots! Although I can honestly say that I’ve never had anything I didn’t like here!

When it comes to drinks, this place changes their cocktails seasonally. I’ve tried both the L&N Sour, and the Hotel Florence. If you love sours, the L&N Sour has a balance between sweet and sour, and is perfect for berry lovers! The Hotel Florence is a refreshing choice for the summer and will not disappoint! If you’re a fan of an Aviation or Water Lily cocktail, you will almost certainly love this. If you aren’t wanting to have alcohol, I also enjoy their selection of mocktails!

I had the opportunity to photograph the lovely Brittany of STNDRD Models in this space, and let me tell you, between the swanky decor and perfect evening lighting, this is a sexy spot to sip on a cocktail and enjoy a little bit of luxury! They also have a cozy little side room that can be booked for private parties! This would be a great option for a couple eloping and wanting a small space to celebrate after saying vows.

A DATE IDEA:

Visit the Frist museum across the street to take in some art, and then meander over to Pullman Standard for a drink, and/or dinner!
