MEET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER: ALICE

Hello friend!

It’s so nice to meet you! If we haven’t met yet, let me introduce myself…

I’m a curator of romance & memories.
Everything I do is founded upon the importance of presence, connection and beauty. Life without those experiences is not a life worth living. I live and breathe these things, practicing them in my daily life, and helping others to do the same. Our lives are like a movie, magic and beauty happening all around us, but we are so often distracted and busy, not prioritizing the people and things we love. That’s where the name “Your Cinematic Life” came from - a reminder that you are living your story that one day you and your loved ones will be looking back on, observing the highs and the lows.

I’ve been living in Nashville, TN for 11 years now.
My husband and I live in a dreamy little historic neighborhood where we frequent the park, go on long walks often, and love a Saturday morning where we can meander to a favorite coffee shop. I travel all around the world and love exploring new landscapes and cultures, but there is the place I love returning to. This is where my people are.

I’m an old soul and a hopeless romantic.
As a child, my parents surrounded me with art and creativity - everything from music, interior design, theatre, poetry and photography. My dad was the first to hand me a camera at the age of 11, and I never put it down. I often gravitate to old jazz, movie scores or Lofi. My husband and I love cozying up on the couch to watch an old film or read. We both admire architecture, and both have a love affair with Paris and NYC. When I’m not craving the busy streets of the city, I love escaping to the mountains or a beach. I happen to be obsessed with third wave coffee, all thanks to my husband being a bit of a coffee snob after several years as a barista. When we travel we are always looking for the best coffee shop, and on a special occasion, a top notch cocktail.

I’m not the cheapest photographer you could hire, and there’s a reason for that.
I’m giving you so much more than just photos - this is time you are setting aside to truly we with each other. This is an investment into your relationship. On top of that, I’ve been photographing for over 20 years and have truly honed in my expertise and artistry. I’ve also been published by Glamour! Film is a beautiful but expensive art form, and I choose it because it matches the tone that I set for my couples - of being present in the moment. What you come away with is more than just beautiful photos - its dedicated time to one another that refreshes you, and immortalized moments that will live on to tell the story of this season of your life story.
